Cancellations

You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 25% of the booking value to cover installer time.

Refunds

If work is not started or you withdraw before work commences, you are eligible for a full refund. If work has started, partial refunds are assessed based on completed milestones and materials already used.

Disputes

If something isn’t right, contact us at support@installersnetwork.co.uk within 14 days. We’ll pause fund release in our escrow and coordinate a resolution with your installer. If a cardholder disputes a charge via their bank (chargeback), we’ll provide evidence to Stripe and the card network per their rules.

Returns

We don’t ship physical goods. If materials are supplied, standard manufacturer warranties apply; any returns follow the supplier’s terms.

Not applicable to our services.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to plan, book, and complete your installation (contact details, address, job details, payment intent info). Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store full card details on our servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing support@installersnetwork.co.uk.

Terms of Service

Installers Network Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides a platform to plan, book, and pay vetted installers. When you confirm a booking, you agree to the scope, price, and milestones shown to you.

Payments & Security

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Transmission of payment info is encrypted using TLS. Funds are held in escrow and released on milestone approval.

Scope changes

Changes must be agreed in the app; pricing updates are itemised and approved by you before work continues.

Liability

We coordinate payments and customer protections; installers are responsible for workmanship and statutory compliance.
